RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel or do not pickup the order please notify us (within 48 hours of pickup) and a credit will be applied for ordered amount. If you need to change an order date after deposit has been made, a store credit only will be applied for use for a future purchase. Credit must be used within one year of transfer.

Please place orders 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. a non refundable full payment is required upon invoice to secure your order. Treats are delicate and must be transported with care. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. Tipsy Treats will not be held liable for any damages that may occur after the order has been collected or delivered and setup. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store upon pickup.
